Subscription cancellation
You can cancel future renewals from billing settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically refund an active billing period.
Refunds
Monthly and annual subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle begins, unless required by law or explicitly approved by LinkGro support.
Billing issues
If you believe there was a duplicate charge or billing error, contact linkgroofficial@gmail.com with your account email and payment reference.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days depending on the payment provider.
